With high-value produce and changing, market demands and prices produce handlers cannot afford to rely on portable infrequent updates on conditions or ripening and other processes relying on human assessment of current conditions.
The EC12 takes care of your produce by monitoring the cold room environment 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The EC12 is a supervisory control system that gives the power to users to create gas or condition set-points and achieve them through control of the environment. The EC12 can turn on subsystems such as gas delivery modules, humidifiers, chillers, ventilation fans and more.
