Delivery Policy 

Pacific Data Systems Australia Pty Ltd (PDSA) takes great care with delivering your orders. Please ensure the address you have supplied is correct as redelivery will incur a fee. We are unable to accept responsibility for non-delivery if you have supplied the incorrect address and time. 

Most deliveries take 3-4 business days. Please allow up to 7 business days for delivery. 

Refund Policy 

PDSA will not issue refunds unless goods are returned in ‘as new’ condition within 30 days of ordering. The cost of return shipment must be borne by the customer. Please note, a restocking fee of 15% may apply. 

Returns 

Any products being returned must be shipped to us at the customer’s expense along with completing our Returned Goods Authorisation (RGA) form and accepting the terms and conditions of the RGA. If an item is under warranty it will be repaired free of charge and returned to your nominated address.

Site Visits

Please be aware that service calls are chargeable. Our rates are:

  • Travel Time: $185.00 (ex GST) per hour, per technician
  • On-Site Rate: $250.00 (ex GST) per hour, per technician

 

If we encounter any unexpected issues during the visit, additional costs may apply. We will inform you as soon as possible and get your approval before continuing with any extra work.
